Casa by Remy Lefebvre is located in CHIJMES, where Chef Remy showcases ‘Contemporary Woodfire Gastronomy.’ We celebrate the seasons through produce and as he did in Spain, he highlights seafood over meat, serving only one land animal a day on rotation basis. Having lived in places with pristine natural environments, Remy resolves to preserve these conditions and their eco-systems for future generations. The menu is focused on the line-caught, the responsibly sourced, the organic and wild-foraged, the traditionally farmed and the bio-dynamic.
In our 35 seats cosy restaurant, we present playful menus prepared daily with very seasonal dishes where to choose from. We have a wine room to come as you are for casual drinks and finger food.
